Sea Mar is a Community Health Center offering mental health outpatient services to children and adults in Cowlitz County. Our experienced therapists can help identify and manage problems and symptoms related to mental health. They are trained to work effectively with children, youth and adults; and provide assessments, case management, individual, family and group therapy. We are also able to provide psychiatric medication.

The clinic is located at 1710 Allen St, in Kelso WA.

Services Provided: Provides free food boxes every Thursday from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. Must be a resident of Castle Rock or Toutle and in need of food. Just walk in.

The mission of this program is to promote integrated systems of care that assure that children with special health care needs have the opportunity to achieve the healthiest life possible and develop to their fullest potential. The Children with Special Health Care Needs program serves children with physical, behavioral, or emotional conditions that require health and related services beyond those required by children generally. Client referrals can be made by families, school, medical providers, and others to the CSHCN Coordinator in the County Health Department where the child lives.

God’s Closet is a ministry of Community House on Broadway that allows people of our community to never go without clothes on their back. Donations are always welcome (please wash them first). Items are freely given as they are received.

Head Start, Early Head Start and ECEAP programs are designed to assist low-income families in raising healthy children, in preparing children for future academic success, and in becoming more self-sufficient.
