The Lower Columbia Community Action Program (CAP) is a non-government, non-profit organization which provides comprehensive social services to people in need. CAP's services include:

CAP's funding comes from contracts with federal, state and local governments and from corporate and private donations. It also utilizes the services of hundreds of volunteers. These caring and committed people work to improve the quality of life for all residents in its service area.
