Bikers Against Child Abuse

Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.) exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused children. It exists as a body of bikers to empower children to not feel afraid of the world in which they live. The bikers stand ready to lend support to their wounded friends by involving them with an established, united organization. They work in conjunction with local and state officials who are already in place to protect children.

This statewide help line is operated by Crisis Clinic and funded by the Department of Social and Health Services’ Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery.

Victim/Witness Division - Cowlitz County Prosecuting Attorney

Assists victims of and witnesses to crimes that occur within the county. The victim-witness staff will assist them through the criminal justice system, helping them file for Crime Victim's Program compensation (if applicable) and attempting to alleviate their many concerns and anxieties. Referrals to community resources and victim advocacy are also available. No fees.

Gabriel Project

The Gabriel Project is a Pro-Life movement offering parish-based pastoral care to women in a crisis pregnancies. Gabriel volunteers, called Angels, work with the mother throughout the pregnancy and beyond, providing a variety of services based on the mother's needs. Services include but are not limited to  such things as transportation to doctor appointments, housing assistance, providing household and baby items, and moral/emotional support.
