Our non-profit organization is called Hello Life Eating Disorder Recovery Services and we are based in Longview, WA. It is our mission and goal to help all people wanting and striving or who are considering recovering from an eating order, help those struggling with body image and help those learn to love themselves. We serve the greater Southwest Washington and run online support groups worldwide. We believe that recovery is not about the food or the weight, but about self-love, self-compassion, and self-acceptance.

HELP Warehouse collects and distributes food to local food banks and provides USDA commodities to income eligible people. Occasionally, HELP Warehouse also has special items such as produce and fish. The Warehouse often has clothing and household items available, and provides information and referral for other services available to persons in need. There is no charge to low-income families.

At High Step we offer a friendly, warm and supportive atmosphere. Each child is given individual attention and care. We foster a Love for Dance! Our small class sizes guarantee individual and personalized attention for your child. Our end of the year Recitals are held in a professional atmosphere which enriches your child's Artistic Learning and keeps dance Fun!   Our staff includes award winning instructors. Each of our experienced instructors have a minimum of 13 years dance education! Our advanced level classes are taught by International Dance competition Judges. There are several instructors trained in different styles of dance which you can choose from. High Steps instructors are simply the best at what they do. We've been serving the Dance Community for over 20 years, producing talented dancers ready to take on the world.

Our dance program at Higher Ground focuses on the dancer’s well being and development first.  By creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere, dancers can build their confidence and self worth. Our dancers learn proper dance techniques for a fun and safe dance experience that will prepare them for life!

Services Provided: Walkers, wheelchairs, bathing chairs, and other home care equipment are available for loan. No fees. Call 360-425-3430 and ask for Home Care Equipment Bank.  Equipment is returned to CAP when there is no further use for it. CAP welcomes the donations of used equipment and money to replace equipment items.
